30 Days Warranty:
The majority of products on ecig24x7.com come with a 30-day warranty from the delivery date. Should you encounter any issues with your product within this period, please initiate a return within 30 days for a resolution. Note: E-Liquids, Disposable Devices, Accessories, Coils, Pods, and Batteries are excluded from this warranty.
Dead on Arrival / Damaged / Product Mismatch / Missing Product:
Please report any products that arrive damaged, incorrect, or missing within 72 hours of delivery. We advise you to inspect your items promptly and notify us of any discrepancies.
We accept returns of unopened items bought from ecig24x7.com for store credit, refund, or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return / Refund Process:
To be eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, initiate the return process within 30 days of delivery, providing a detailed description of the issue and your order number. Contact us at [email protected] or log into your account and select the “Return/Refund” option. For damaged/defective products, we may request photos or videos.
Products must be returned to our facility before issuing store credit or a refund. The 30-day refund policy does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, disassembly, or user error.
Note: Some manufacturers may require the warranty card from the product package for warranty claims. Retain all package contents.
We cannot guarantee product compatibility. Ensure compatibility before ordering, as returns for compatibility issues are not accepted. We are not responsible for flavor preferences of E-Juices.
How to Return:
- Log into your customer account on ecig24x7.com, locate the order you wish to return, and click the “Return Items” link.
- Specify the quantity to return, reason for return, and desired action. You can also leave a comment.
- After submission, you’ll see the return instructions and receive a confirmation email.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers may bear the cost of returning items to us. We do not offer replacements for defective items; instead, we issue a credit to your account. All shipping charges, including Adult Signature Service, are non-refundable.
Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as store credit in reward points form. ecig24x7.com is not liable for refunds to a lost Prepaid Card or canceled credit card.
